Sort-Cam hilft Ihnen, die Bilder bereits beim Fotografieren sinnvoll zu beschriften und spart Ihnen den Aufwand und das Chaos hinterher.

 

Mit Sort-Cam wird im Handumdrehen aus img43274.jpg ein aussagekräftiges Frau_Müller.jpg

Die App* benennt Fotos nicht nach dem bekannten Schema mit einer laufenden Nummer, sondern mit den von Ihnen definierten Texten und zusätzlich wahlweise mit Datum und Zeit. Somit wird aus IMG27354.JPG ein sprechender Name wie z.B. bei einer Baufirma Mayer_Fassade_001.JPG oder bei einem Wohnungsmakler Mayer_Wohnzimmer._001.JPG. Diese benannten Fotos können dann, ohne sie öffnen und betrachten zu müssen, abgelegt oder einem anderen Mitarbeiter zur Weiterverarbeitung gegeben werden. Das spart den erheblichen Aufwand, Fotos zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erst richtig beschriften zu müssen. Vor allem wenn sie entweder sehr viele verschiedene Fotos (evtl. noch dazu mit ähnlichem Inhalt) haben oder der Zeitraum zwischen Aufnahme und Beschriftung lange auseinander liegen, kann es durchaus sehr viel Zeit und Ärger ersparen. Zusätzlich bietet der Checklistencharakter der App auch noch einen Anhaltspunkt, welche Fotos noch zu erstellen sind - falls Sie diese z.B. für eine Kundendokumentation benötigen.

Dem gegenüber steht, dass die App nur für Android-OS und somit auch nur für Smartphones, Tablets und Kameras mit Android-OS verfügbar ist. Spezielle Android Kameras (mit Zoom) sind derzeit ca. € 100-200 teurer als "normale" Kameras. Die Qualität von normalen Point & Shoot-Kameras wird von den Samsung und Panasonic Android-Kameras auf jeden Fall erreicht und ist für die meisten Zwecke mehr als ausreichend. Meist sind vermutlich bereits bessere Smartphones ausreichend.

Mit einem Klick auf die Kategorie (z.B. Wohnzimmer), wird die Kamera gestartet und das Foto mit entsprechendem Namen gespeichert.

Auf den QR-Code klicken, damit er in einem neuen Fenster angezeigt wird, in der App (Standard und Demo) im Menü auf Kategorie bearbeiten und dann auf QR-Code gehen und den QR-Code einlesen.

QR-Codes für eigene Projekte können Sie mit jedem beliebigen QR-Code-Generator (z.B. http://www.qrcode-generator.de) erstellen, indem sie sich die Kategorien als Text nach folgendem Beispiel erstellen und diesen Text als QR-Code ausgeben.

Es sind dazu jeweils pro Kategorie in einer separaten Zeile

• Ergänzung nötig [ja / nein] (bei ja wird ein Dialog mit dem Dateinamen angezeigt)

Sort-Cam helps you to label your pictures plausibly while taking them, thus preventing trouble and chaos afterwards.

 

With Sort-Cam you´ll change img43274.jpg into a significant Ms_Miller.jpg

This app* doesn´t name photos according to the familiar pattern with a serial number, but with a text defined by you, and with date or time additionally. In this way, instead of IMG.27354.JPG you´ll have a telling name like (for a construction company) Jones_facade_001.JPG, or (in real estate) Jones_livingroom_001.JPG. You can then file these photos or forward them to a colleague without having to open and view them again. This spares the trouble of having to find captions for your pictures later on. That can be a considerable advantage, especially if you have a larger number of similar photos, or if the labeling of the pictures is done much later. In addition to that, the check list trait of the app helps you to recognize which pictures are still wanting – in case you need them, e.g. for customer documentation.

Please consider that this app is available only for Android-OS and therefore just works for smartphones, tablets and cameras with Android-OS. Special Android cameras (with zoom) are about € 100 - € 200 more expensive than “normal” cameras. The quality of normal Point & Shoot  cameras is definitely matched by Samsung and Panasonic Android cameras and will suffice in most cases. For most purposes, state-of-the-art Smartphones are probably good enough.

You can create QR codes for your own projects with any QR code generator (e.g. http://www.qrcode-generator.de) by producing categories as text according to the following example and editing this text as QR code.

To do so, indicate (per category in an individual line, separated by a semi-colon
